What we provide

Lekker Land LLC ("we") provides written customer-communication content: FAQ answers, auto-reply copy, intake scripts, follow-up templates and related documents, as described on our website for the package you buy. We do not install or host chatbots, operate a live answering service, or access your website or accounts.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars on our website. One-time packages are paid in full before work begins. Monthly Upkeep is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 business days after payment and receipt of any details we need from you. Delivery is by email as documents.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed on its offer. Additional changes may be quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking that the content is accurate for your business before you use it, including hours, services, prices and any legal, medical or regulatory statements. Our content is not legal, medical or compliance advice and is not designed for HIPAA-covered intake. Do not send us patient or health information.

AI assistance

Our work is AI-assisted and reviewed before delivery. We do not guarantee that it is free of errors.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise any particular number of enquiries, bookings or amount of revenue.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel Monthly Upkeep at any time, and cancellation stops future charges. If you are unhappy with a delivered package, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to fix it. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own the delivered content and may use it in your business. We may keep a copy for our records.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question.
